Support for iPhone and Android
Account and sign-in
Confirm that you are online and are using the same Apple, Google or email account originally connected to the App. Never send us your password.
Purchases and restore access
Use Restore Purchases in the App with the store account used for the original purchase. Apple and Google handle charges, cancellations and eligible refunds.
Human feedback
After purchasing a feedback credit, submit one eligible piece of written work through the App. The normal delivery target is three business days. Do not include sensitive information or another person’s identifying details.
Privacy or deletion request
Use Account & Security in the App where available, or email us from the address connected to your account. We may need to confirm account ownership.
